LASD hosts kindergarten information nights

The Los Altos School District has scheduled kindergarten information nights at each of its seven elementary schools 7 p.m. Dec. 6.

Interested families are invited to attend at their home schools. Presentations are slated at Almond, Covington, Gardner Bullis, Loyola, Oak, Santa Rita and Springer schools.

Principals will explain how the district is revolutionizing learning for all students, provide information on the schools’ respective programs and highlights and explain registration procedures.

K-Kids collect toiletries for CSA

The Loyola School K-Kids Club is collecting toiletries to donate to the Community Services Agency. Volunteers are accepting contributions of new toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, hand sanitizers and shampoos.

Place donations in the box at the Loyola School office at 770 Berry Ave. The drive will run through Dec. 14.
