“Boo” passed away on October 31st, survived by his beloved wife Gretchen and loving family, Brian (Debbie) Bue, Karen Shea, 5 grandchildren (Erik, Amy,

Melissa, Megan and Michelle), and 5 great-grandchildren.

His life touched thousands throughout his career with the

Dale Carnegie Training organization and his involvement with the Honolulu Jaycees, the Sales

and Marketing Executives of San Francisco and the Los Altos Rotary Club. Always free with his time and energy for others, Boo will be remembered as a “builder of people” and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on November 16, 2012 at the Los Altos United Methodist Church at 2 P.M. with a reception immediately following.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Rotary Foundation or the charity of your choice. Arrangements under the direction of the Los Altos chapel of Spangler Mortuaries.

Rest in Peace my friend. I was in "Boo's" MBA class and all of us recognized what a special person Boo was. My heart goes out to Gretchen and his family at a time like this. Boo will be sorely missed.
