Passed away peacefully at the age of 94.

Born in Griffin, GA to Benjamin and Rochelle Hatcher as the eldest of 4 siblings. She graduated From Georgia State College for Women and earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Stanford University. Katie is predeceased by her loving husband Tom and is survived by her sister Jane, sons Ben, David, Peter, and Tim, four grand children, and 11 nieces and nephews. Katie was active during her children’s school years in the PTA, supportive of their participation in Boy Scout Troop 39, and later was a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians. She has been a resident of Los Altos since 1951.

Memorial services were held on November 10, in Los Altos.
