Trespassing arrest

Nov. 7, 2:14 a.m., 4900 block of El Camino Real: Police arrested a local transient for trespassing after he ignored repeated warnings.

DUI arrest

Nov. 8, 3:36 a.m., El Camino Real and Jordan Avenue: Police arrested a 22-year-old male for driving under the influence of alcohol after patrol officers pulled him over for speeding. The male suspect was arrested, cited and released from the Los Altos Police station.

Theft

Nov. 8, 7:28 a.m., 1100 block of Miguel Road, and 11:37 a.m., 1600 block of Alexander Way: Residents at the locations above contacted police after discovering that an unknown suspect removed the catalytic converters from their vehicles. In both cases, the vehicles were Toyota SUVs.
