The Palo Alto Elks Lodge donated 24 pairs of wheelchair gloves to patients in the Spinal Cord Injury unit at the Veterans Hospital in Palo Alto. The gloves are custom-made for veterans. Elks members donate the leather and a facility that employs workers with disabilities makes the gloves.
