Residential burglaries

Oct. 25, 11:05 a.m., 1200 block of Carmel Terrace: A suspect kicked in the rear locked kitchen door of a home and stole numerous items.

Oct. 26, 11:36 a.m., 400 block of Marich Way: A suspect entered the home through an unlocked rear door, stealing jewelry and electronic items.

Oct. 26, 1:06 p.m., 200 block of Sunkist Lane: A suspect forced open the rear door of a home after unsuccessfully attempting to pry open a window earlier. The suspect stole jewelry and cash from the home.

Battery in progress

Oct. 25, 3:14 p.m., El Camino Real and San Antonio Road: Police responded to a report of two individuals in an altercation. Upon arrival, the victim in the altercation declined to press charges.

DUI arrest

Oct. 27, 10:12 p.m., 900 block of Manor Way: A 32-year-old male motorist crashed into a parked car, causing a passenger in his vehicle to sustain a laceration. The passenger was later treated and released from Stanford Hospital. The motorist was treated for minor injuries at Valley Medical Center and later booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail on a felony DUI charge.
