The public is invited to attend a forum with candidates for the Purissima Hills Water District 6:30-7:30 p.m. tonight (Oct. 9) in the Community Room of the Mountain View Library, 85 Franklin Street.

The League of Women Voters of Los Altos-Mountain View Area and the Mountain View Library are sponsoring the event.

Water users in Los Altos Hills and unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County will select three candidates for the board from among four candidates on the ballot Nov. 6.

The Town Crier will profile the water district candidates in the Oct. 10 paper.
