Turn out to State Street this evening for the final round of Los Altos' Farmers' Market.

From 4-8 p.m., local and regional merchants will man their stalls with a last taste of end-of-season fruit (and veggies, and baked goods, and more).

But despair not – a new Farmers' Market opens 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday (Sept. 28) at El Camino Hospital and is scheduled to run weekly through December.

The new market is located in the parking lot east of the emergency entrance, near Grant Road.

The Bay Area Farmers' Markets Association is operating the hospital's market, and runs others in Saratoga, Campbell and Capitola.
