Battery

Sept. 12, 9:31 a.m., 4500 block of El Camino Real: Two employees at The Pasta Market engaged in a physical altercation. One of the employees was placed under citizen’s arrest and later booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Theft

Sept. 12, 2:19 p.m., 700 block of Berry Avenue: An employee at Loyola School reported that her wallet was stolen from her classroom. The matter remains under police investigation.

Driving with suspended license

Sept. 13, 6:44 p.m., North Clark Avenue and El Camino Real: Police cited a 48-year-old male motorist for driving with a suspended license.

DUI arrest

Sept. 15, 12:53 a.m., West El Camino Real: Police arrested a 20-year-old male motorist for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Disturbance

Aug. 16, 9:45 a.m., 4800 block of El Camino Real: A female patron in her 60s berated Jack in the Box employees and displayed erratic behavior inside the restaurant. Police responders mediated the situation. No arrests were made.
