Refund Policy for Subscriptions

The Los Altos Town Crier will refund the unused portion of your subscription upon request if you are not satisfied with the newspaper, or its delivery. Contact the Circulation Department at (650)-948-9000 between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday.


Refund Policy for Advertisers

The Los Altos Town Crier accepts requests for refunds based on errors to ads attributed to the fault of the newspaper. Refunds for ads approved by the client after seeing a proof, may not be granted. Credit for errors shall not exceed the cost of that portion of space occupied by such error. Publisher’s liability for errors on multiple insertions will not exceed the first ad. Claims for adjustment must be made within seven days of publication. Each request will be dealt with on a case -by-case basis.
