• Tanya Marie Clausius of Mountain View graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater May 14. She earned a master’s degree in business administration.

• Amy Jenks of Los Altos Hills and Breanna Grove of Mountain View graduated from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore. Jenks earned a doctorate in clinical psychology; Grove earned a bachelor’s degree in Spanish, international studies and French.

• Junior Shane Kavanagh received the University Friends Circle of UC Merced 2011 Distinguished Volunteer Award. The award includes a $1,000 scholarship to support Kavanagh’s future service. Kavanagh graduated from Mountain View High School in 2008.
