Kathleen Straw and Christopher Loweth
Kathleen Straw and Christopher Loweth were married Nov. 12 in Chicago. A reception for the couple was held at The Mid-Day Club.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Straw of Los Altos. She graduated from St. Francis High School, received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from College of the Holy Cross, a master’s of public health in health law from Boston University and a juris doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. She is an attorney practicing medical malpractice defense for the firm Weldon-Linne & Vogt in Chicago.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Loweth of Evanston, Ill. He graduated from Evanston High School, received a bachelor’s degree in history and philosophy from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a juris doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Law. He practices commercial litigation and intellectual property law for the firm Johnson & Bell in Chicago.
The couple live in Chicago.
