Foothills Congregational Church, 461 Orange Ave. in Los Altos, has scheduled a St. Patrick’s Celtic music concert 2 p.m. Sunday.
The concert will feature traditional music from Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man performed vocally by Barbary Grant and Aimie Aul, with accompaniment on the Irish harp, fretted dulcimer, piano and flute.
Grant sings in all three Gaelic languages - Irish, Scots Gaelic and Manx - as well as in English. For more information, visit www.barbarygrant.com.
Refreshments will be served during intermission, and the audience will have an opportunity to speak to the performers and purchase their CDs. Child care will be provided.
The St. Patrick’s concert is the first in a series of three. The second features jazz quintet Got 2B Jazz June 11, and the third is an Oct. 22 concert with Jack Tuttle and his School of Bluegrass music.
