The Palo Alto Auxiliary, Allied Arts Guild, is hosting an “American Girl Fashion Show and Tea,” benefiting the Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, Nov. 11 and Nov. 12 at Christ Episcopal Church, 1040 Border Road, in Los Altos.
The shows will be 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday; 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday.
A boxed tea will be served while attendees watch local girls model the historical and contemporary fashions from American Girl.
Linden Tree Children’s Recordings and Books will be present to sell books and souvenirs. Raffle prizes will be offered.
“Last year we raised over $30,000,” Nancy Larsson said. “All proceeds go to those children at the hospital who have no insurance or who are under-insured.”
