Lucie Petrella Donovan, born May 24, 1915 Brooklyn, NY, passed away on May 29, 2005, Sunnyvale, CA
United in eternal rest with her loving husband of 70 years John G. and eldest son John Jr. Survived by children and their spouses: Faith and Frank DeMassi, Hope and Steven Bowles, Dave and Liz Donovan, Charity and Chuck Kocher, and Michael. Grandchildren Tracy and Paul Guinnane, Ben and Laura Rice, Jay and Jean Donovan, Gordon Ronco, Francis Kelley, Anna and Matt Donovan. Great-grand children Brandy and Margaret Guinnae, Fiona Donovan.
All she encountered will not soon forget her. Mom had a keen consciousness of self. Engaging, unconventional, sincere, determined. Still a transplanted New Yorker after 60+ years in California, She retailed fine designer fashions for 20 years in Los Altos. We’ll miss you.
Visitation was on June 2, with a Vigil at the Cusimano Family Colonial Mortuary, 96 El Camino Real W., Mtn. View. The Funeral Mass was held on Fri., June 3, at the Church of the Resurrection, Sunnyvale. Burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Los Altos.
LOIS RIPPENTROP
Lois Rippentrop, beloved wife of Bob Rippentrop of 49 years passed away in Granite Bay on May 26, 2005 at the age of 71. She was born in San Francisco to Levia and William Borelli on October 24, 1933 and was part of a large and loving family that included two siblings: Arlene Hipsher and Bill Borelli, four children: Robert, David, Kevan Rippentrop, and Jodi Mazure, daughter in laws: Helen, Kelly and Julie, son in law: Fred Mazure, and her beloved 11 grandchildren.
Lois was a strong, kindhearted woman who touched many lives. She loved to travel and belonged to many social groups. Life will not be the same without her wisdom and charismatic personality.
Friends and family were invited to attend a memorial service on June 2, at St. Peter and Paul, Rocklin. Services were held at Gates of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Los Altos,

Dorothy J. McIntosh of Mountain View at rest in Alta Mesa Memorial Park on May 21, 2005. Wife of Charles E. McIntosh of Mountain View. Mother of Tom of Bakersfield, Bruce of Walnut Creek and Craig of Danville. Loving grandmother of five. Born August 16, 1930 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Age 74.
A member of Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on June 16 at 1:00 pm at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church, 950 Santa Cruz Ave, Menlo Park.
