The Los Altos Mediation Program (LAMP) provides mediation in local disputes. Mediation is a voluntary settlement process used to resolve conflicts between two or more people in a non-adversarial setting with the aid of a neutral third party. The process is confidential and informal. LAMP provides free and fast mediation for parties residing in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills or the unincorporated area surrounding Los Altos.
