This dish is one of my favorites, and probably the easiest meal that my Mom prepares. She uses her delicious homemade sauce to make it. Those without as much time can use their favorite ready-made sauce from the store.

Ingredients:
1 pound of ziti macaroni
1 pound mozzarella cheese
1 pound ricotta cheese
tomato sauce (meat optional)
Boil macaroni, put in a casserole dish. Add cut up mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and tomato sauce. Mix all together and bake at 350 F for a half hour to an hour. Serve with garlic bread.
