Michael Harabaglia received the Eagle Scout Award from Troop 991 on Feb. 20 at the Epiphany Episcopal Church in San Carlos.

For his Eagle project, Harabaglia installed a DRIP system in the Union Cemetery in Redwood City, a historic landmark.

Harabaglia graduated from Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose and is enrolled in the honors program at UC San Diego.

Los Altos Troop 33 assisted in the ceremony. Los Altos Hardware and Supply donated materials for the project.
