Perfect weather made for a pleasant Celebrate Los Altos Fall Festival. The 13th annual Los Altos Chamber of Commerce event was held this past weekend.

“Saturday was good and with the beautiful weather on Sunday the festival was crowded,” said Gayle Carter, Chamber of Commerce executive assistant. “I hear the car people were happy and the vendors pleased.”

Bob Mabe said 66 classic cars were on display Saturday featuring Buicks. Sunday another 66 cars represented an open field with a preponderance of Jaguars and Thunderbirds.

Chamber president Julie Rose was pleased with the introduction of a wine tasting tent. Five vintners offered premium tasting. The 160 art and craft booths were kept busy and Children’s Alley overflowed with fun-seeking youngsters.
