MidPeninsula Pathways Hospice promotes the dignity, independence and comfort of patients and their families through compassionate health care at home. The non-profit hospice is owned jointly by El Camino and Sequoia hospitals.
MidPeninsula has initiated a range of other services to address patient empowerment and advocacy.
