The concert will be in Room 1501 at Foothill, 12345 El Monte Road, Los Altos Hills.

Under the direction of Foothill Choral Studies Instructor Lydia Oey, the concert will include guest artists Tony Khalife, percussion; Elizabeth Wood, sign language interpreter; and Hawaiian dancers. The concert features “Hotaru Ko,” “Sakura,” “Namah Shivaya Chant,” “O Yippo,” “Rege,” “Ahrirang,” “E O Mai” and “Aloha Oe.” Selections will be accompanied by tabla and taiko drums.

“This concert celebrates Asian and Asian-American heritage,” Oey said. “We will perform a variety of traditional, folk and composed works that integrate movement and audience participation.”

The concert is said to be appropriate for ages 7 and up.

Tickets are $6-$7.

Parking lots 1, 5 and 6 provide easiest access to Room 1501. Visitors must purchase a campus parking permit for $2.
