Kathryn Ness and Daven Phelan were married June 16 at Paradise Ridge Winery in Santa Rosa.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Cookie Ness of Sacramento.
She is a graduate of Los Altos High School and received her bachelor’s degree in behaviorial science from the University of San Diego and her master’s degree from the University of San Francisco.
The groom is the son of Loy and Doyle Phelan of Fair Oaks.
He graduated from Bella Vista High School in Fair Oaks and received his engineering degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
Kathryn is an HMO coordinator with Blue Shield of California. Daven is an engineer with PG&E.
The couple plan to live in Sacramento.
