Callers reported separate incidents of vandalism to a vehicle.

Drunk driving

Dec. 3, Miramonte and Fremont avenues:

A motorist was stopped and arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated.

Forgery

Dec. 4, 5:55 p.m., El Camino Real:

A caller reported a forgery in progress.

Residential Burglary

Dec. 5, 11:45 a.m., Clay Drive; and Dec. 7, 10:09 p.m., Morningside Road:

Callers reported separate incidents of residential burglary.

A bicyclist suffered major injuries after being struck by a vehicle.

A caller reported a person who appeared to be intoxicated.
