Nov. 13, 9:47 a.m., Nash Road ; and 11:27 a.m., Yorkshire Drive: Police responded to residential alarms.

Domestic violence

Nov. 15, 12:26 p.m., Bay Tree Lane: A caller reported domestic violence

Grand theft

Nov. 15, 12:58 p.m., Los Altos Square: Police responded to a report of a possible grand theft.

Petty theft in progress

Nov. 15, 3:21 p.m., Los Altos Rancho: A caller reported witnessing a rear license plate being stolen from a car.

Commercial burglary

Nov. 15, 11:08 p.m., Grant Road: Police responded to a commercial alarm and discovered evidence of a burglary.

Gunshots heard

Nov. 16, 9:21 a.m., Stevens Place: A caller reports hearing four gunshots or explosions. The responding officer determined the sounds were probably a car backfiring.

Stray animals

Nov. 16, 10:48 a.m., St. Joseph Avenue: A caller reported seeing two stray dogs on school grounds.

Missing juvenile

Nov. 16, 7:15 p.m., Los Altos Avenue: A caller reported a missing juvenile.

Nov. 11, 10:47 a.m., El Camino Real, and 3:18 p.m., Main Street; Nov. 15, 10:13 p.m., South San Antonio Road; and Nov. 17, 8:23 a.m., First Street: Police responded to commercial alarms.

Nov. 17, 11:24 a.m., Almond Avenue: Police responded to a commercial alarm at Los Altos High School.
