Aug. 2, 11:29 a.m., Miramonte and Lorraine avenues: Police arrested a motorist suspected of driving while intoxicated.

Suspicious vehicle

Aug. 2, 12:10 p.m., Foothill Expressway and Vineyard Drive: A caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving up to several neighborhood mailboxes.

Explosion

Aug. 2, 8:44 p.m., Neston Way: A caller reported hearing an explosion, possibly fireworks. The responding police officer was unable to locate the source of the explosion.

Prowler

Aug. 3, 1:21 a.m., Laureles Drive: A caller reported a suspected prowler.

False vehicle registration

Aug. 3, 8:08 a.m., First Street: Police arrested a driver suspected of possessing false registration tabs. The driver’s vehicle was towed.

Forgery

Aug. 3, 9:21 a.m., El Camino Real: A caller reported the fraudulent use of a credit card.

Fire call

Aug. 3, 9:43 a.m., Los Altos Avenue: A caller reported a leaking fire hydrant.

Telephone harassment

Aug. 3, 5:05 p.m., Newcastle Drive: A caller reported harassing telephone calls.

Assault

Aug. 4, 12:52 a.m., Grant Road: A business manager said a man, who had been asleep in his vehicle, allegedly tried to run him over when he asked the man in the vehicle to leave the parking lot.

Medical call

Aug. 4, 2:36 p.m., Main Street and Foothill Expressway: A juvenile bicyclist was involved in a collision with another cyclist.
