Sam Khadder and Bob Crammer-Brown, principals of OnLine Capital, have changed the name of their mortgage company to Transpac Mortgage Group.

In 1997, they signed a technology-sharing agreement with OnLine Capital and operated the residential mortgage business under the name OnLine Capital Los Altos/Palo Alto. Since then they have become technologically self-sufficient.

“We have increased our emphasis on providing quality, personalized advice for our clients and returned to the Transpac name, like the company was originally known when it was founded in 1989,” Crammer-Brown said. “We will be your personal mortgage advisor.”

The residential mortgage portion of the business will be known by the new name Transpac Mortgage Group.

“We will continue to help our clients manage the liability side of their personal balance sheets; not only when purchasing a home, but also when refinancing, remodeling or consolidating debts,” said Khadder.

The mortgage business is generated from personal or realtor referrals. An experienced team of loan agents and support staff will continue to provide clients with superior service and the most competitive interest rates available.

“Consumers expect a lot more from a mortgage lender these days. They expect faster decision making and loan approvals, but at the same time they want the variety and options that are available through mortgage brokers,” Khadder said. “Our software enables us to track the process of each loan, 24 hours a day, and report up-to-the-minute progress to our clients.”
