Coldwell Banker Northern California is hosting a home buyer’s seminar, scheduled for 7-8:30 p.m., May 17, at Adobe Creek Restaurant, 127 First St., Los Altos, across from the Coldwell Banker office.
The event is free and open to the public.
With 52 percent of entry-level buyers between the ages of 25 and 34, according to the National Association of Realtors, and an additional 11 percent under the age of 25, first-time home buyers accounted for 42 percent of all home sales over the last few years.
This seminar will feature professionals in the industry, including: Jess Gabaldon, Advantage Financial; David Holland, CPA; Dean White, The Inspection Group: Darlene LaCotti, First American Title Company; and Fred Hibbert, of Coldwell Banker, downtown Los Altos.
Attendees can learn techniques on how to purchase a home in today’s hot real estate market and how to start their home search with the help of real estate, banking and financial professionals.
