Brendan P. Keegan, a resident of Los Altos, was recently appointed president of Bravanta. Bravata, based in San Francisco, is a technology leader in the workforce performance services market.

“Over the last half-century there have been a few major market and technology transitions that have changed the landscape of business,” Keegan said. “Today, we stand on the cusp of the next great transition - recognizing that employees are a company’s single greatest asset in achieving the strategic goals of the organization, he said.

“Bravanta stands poised to lead this next big transition. Leveraging innovative technology, Bravanta has built the industry’s most flexible and scalable solution and their marquee client base substantiates that,” Keegan said.

Keegan joins Bravanta from Netigy Corporation, which specializes in architecting and building eBusiness infrastructures. In his new role, Keegan will focus on accelerating Bravanta’s market leadership by driving dynamic growth in the performance services industry.

“Brendan’s addition to Bravanta is a milestone in our corporate growth,” said Allyson Campa, chief executive officer at Bravanta. “He has an outstanding track record of creating performance-based cultures that inspire teams and organizations to excel,” she said.

By leveraging his proven business, sales, marketing, and technical expertise, he will be instrumental in helping us reach our corporate goals and initiatives.”

Through its online recognition and incentive programs, Bravanta is focused on aligning companies’ strategies, goals, and people by motivating, recognizing and rewarding the right behaviors.

In Our Opinion

Editorial

We’ve recently covered the passing of two of this community’s most involved and committed volunteers, Lee Lynch and Billy Russell. They represented an era when people helped out, not so they could get their name on a building, but because it was simply the right thing to do.

There’s a new generation of volunteers hard at work right now in this community who are carrying on their legacy. The level of involvement in the recent Los Altos Relay For Life event bears this out.
