By Los Altos designers win award

Los Altos interior designers Marcia Miller, ASID, and Steven Stein, ASID, of MILLER/STEIN have won an award of excellence from Sunset Magazine for their design of a 100-year-old house in Palo Alto. With elements like cherry cabinets, copper-framed panels of new and antique glass, and a marble-topped maple island cabinet, the local design team integrated a kitchen/playroom/dining area which blends harmoniously with the rest of the home. Their design appears on page 143 of the November issue of Sunset.
